TANDEM SAN SEBASTIAN

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Included in the enrolment fee (55 €): Administration costs, information about San Sebastian, free Internet access/WIFI and use of library .

Included in the course fee: Tuition, reservation of accommodation, level testing, information folder, class material, free internet and e-mail access, use of library, certificate of attendance, organisation of cultural and leisure activities.

Not included in the course fee: Airport transfers, travel insurance, the costs of some of the activities included in the cultural programme, entrance tickets and transport costs of the activities.

All course and accommodation fees are in Euro (€).

The minimum age of students is 17 years old; students younger than 18 need written authorization from their parents. TANDEM San Sebastian school accepts no responsibility for any accidents that may occur outside of the Spanish school, nor for loss or theft of personal property on our premises. Students are strongly recommended to take out a personal travel insurance before departure. Members of the European Union should bring their European Insurance Card, which covers medical assistance in case of illness.

REGISTRATION

  • Send us your enrolment form and pay a deposit of 240 €.
  • Once the deposit has been received, a confirmation of your course and accommodation will be sent by return post together with payment details.
  • The remaining amount is to be paid by the first day of the course in TANDEM San Sebastian. If you prefer, you can transfer the total amount 2 weeks before the start of the course to our bank account. Please make sure that your payment includes all bank charges.
  • Your accommodation address will be sent to you 10 days before the beginning of the course with detailed information about your arrival and a map of San Sebastian.

CANCELLATION

Students must be give a written notice of their cancellation to TANDEM San Sebastian by fax, post or e-mail. In case of a cancellation announced no later than 3 weeks before the start of your course, we will retain 60,00 € of the deposit. Less than 3 weeks prior to the beginning of the course, we will retain 120,00€. In both cases, the amount will be valid for another course during the same year in TANDEM San Sebastian. If a student arrives late, is absent during any part of the course or leaves early, no refund will be given.
