GENERAL CONDITIONS

Included in the course fee: Level-testing, Spanish course, educational material, free Internet access and certificate of attendance.

Not included in the course fee: The costs of some of the activities included in the cultural programme, final examination.

All course and accommodation fees are in Euro (€).

REGISTRATION

  • Complete the enrollment form and send it to us.
  • After we have received your booking, we will send you confirmation of your reservation by e-mail, including the total amount of course and accommodation fees to be paid. At the same time, we ask you for a deposit of 100 € which will be deducted from the full amount. If the advanced payment is not received within the prescribed period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
  • We will reserve your Spanish course and accommodation on receipt of the deposit. One or two weeks before the course start we will send you by e-mail the address of your accommodation, with useful details about your journey.
  • The remainder of the course and accommodation fees must be paid cash during the first two days of the course at our office.

Important: Please include your name and the course dates in case of wire transfers. All bank charges have to be paid by the student.

CANCELLATION

In the event of cancellation, the school reserves the right to retain the advanced payment of 100 €. However, this fee will remain valid for another course in the future. Students who start but do not finish their programme will not be refunded any amount of course and accommodaton fees.
